Where is the customer service?

Where is the customer service? Elizabeth T is one of the lucky ones. I ordered a personalized book for our great niece. FedEx also screwed up big time. Book was supposed to arrive on 4/15. Birthday party was 4/17. It is 4/23 and I still don't have the book. FedEx delivery status says "Pending". I have contacted I See Me customer service twice about my missing book. The first time when it didn't arrive on 4/15 or 4/16. No one reached back. I contacted them again on 4/21 and not a word from this company. I have no idea what this book looks like or if it will even be worth the money or the wait. I won't be ordering from them again.

Best customer service ever!

Best customer service ever!! I was so excited to order the “First Easter” book for my new grandson. FedEx really messed up and “supposedly” delivered the book to my front door-I was home all day, checked with neighbors, looked around various yards-not there!! I emailed iseeme customer service and explained my problem. Within 5 minutes my phone rang and it was a representative calling me!!! I only wish I remembered her name, so helpful. Easter was now 6 days away. She quickly offered to send me another book and did 2 day delivery. I was in shock-never have I received such pleasant service. Book arrived, although FedEx left it propped up on a busy roadside mail box. Good thing I arrived home shortly after, also FedEx again started that they left it on my front porch- not true! 5 stars Iseeme, 0 stars FedEx!

WASTE OF MONEY

WASTE OF MONEY
I ordered a story book for my niece and added Her photo.
The product is not "Personalized" at all.
They just add the photo on the first page and that's all.
I've ordered similar products from other websites, they add the photo to the face of the main character of the story on almost all pages. And they are actually a little cheaper. And the size of the book is also bigger on similar websites.
"I see me" does not put any effort to personalize the story book with the photo you send them.
This is my first and last time using this website.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Still have not received my item. During shipping I assume the item was lost? Called customer service who did not even attempt to remedy it basically sending me a wordy email stating that they do not guarantee their item and in so many words saying it’s my problem? Guess I’ll be disputing this charge as I will not pay for something I did not receive! Don’t bother with this place, you’ll just be left disappointed and frustrated in the end.

Disappointed experience

Just know that you won’t get much in the way of assistance from customer service. I was trying to order a gift for Mother’s Day and made an error on my shipping address. I noticed it as soon as I hit submit and contacted them within minutes. I then called no less than 6 times and tried to get it corrected before the item was shipped (white it was still being customized) and they couldn’t correct it. Just disappointing overall. I’ll look elsewhere next time I need a customized gift.

Very happy customized puzzle recipient

I just received my customized puzzle. Other sites were telling me I would have to wait months, but not this one. I received my puzzle in one weeks time. The box it comes in is sturdy and has a picture of the puzzle on it. The pieces are solid, not flimsy.
I thought there was a problem with my order so I sent an email and receive a response right away. The error was on my part, but the representative was so nice.
I can't wait to order my next puzzle from them. I will be recommending them to everyone I talk to.

I just received “my very own name” book…

I just received “my very own name” book that I ordered for our grandson. I’m ecstatic!!
I couldn’t have hoped for a better keepsake book and I definitely will be ordering again.
